I’ve lived in both the UK and Canada, travelled through my work as a senior people leader, and relocated regularly. Starting again somewhere new is something I know personally.
A move can be exciting and still leave you with a long list of questions. Where will you feel at home? How will everyday life work? What needs sorting now, and what can wait?
I started Relocation Ready to help people work through those questions with more clarity. My approach brings together the experience of making my own moves and a career centred on people, organisation and practical decisions.

Living in the UK and Canada has given me a personal understanding of adapting to a different place. Regular relocations have taught me to think beyond moving day and consider the life that comes after it.
